The 0% commission on foreign currency, which offers competitive exchange rates, will give customers the choice of having their money delivered to home or collecting it from one of the 117 Sainsbury's Travel Money bureaux across the UK.

Sainsbury's shoppers who use the online Travel Money service will also benefit from an introductory offer of 1,000 Nectar points for every £500 of foreign currency they purchase. Furthermore, customers who choose to purchase their currency with a Sainsbury's credit card will face no card handling fees.

David Barrett of Sainsbury's Travel Money said: "We are delighted to be able to offer our customers a new service that not only enables them to order their holiday money online, commission free foreign currency, and at a competitive rate, but it also gives them the option of having their currency delivered to home or collecting it in-store. We're also rewarding our customers using our new online service with 1,000 bonus Nectar points, so they can be sure they're getting more for their money."

Sainsbury's Travel Money offers a range of benefits including very competitive exchange rates, 0% commission foreign currency, travellers' cheques and the Cash PassportTM prepaid currency card. In addition, free next-day delivery to your billing address, if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday (2), is available for orders over £500.
