With the new clients, the Fiserv Credit Union Group now provides core processing for 3,107 credit unions across the country. Fiserv's credit union business units also realized significant improvements in client satisfaction, which is a key performance measure for Fiserv, last year. In 2003, 70 percent of Fiserv credit union clients participated in the company's annual client satisfaction survey.

"Fiserv's credit union business units continue to perform exceptionally well, experiencing strong growth, expanding our portfolio of products, acquiring new clients and receiving high marks for client satisfaction," said Tom Neill, President of the Fiserv Credit Union and Industry Products Group. "The group is positioned to continue its track record of success in 2004."

During 2003, the Fiserv Credit Union Group took on a more formal regional structure, resulting in three operating units of similar size. Joe Barry, formerly President of USERS, assumed the role of President of the Fiserv Credit Union Eastern Region, responsible for the USERS, AFTECH and Galaxy business units. He joined Roger Kuhns, President of the Fiserv Credit Union Western Region, responsible for the CUSA Technologies, Summit and XP Systems business units; and Scott Butler, President of IntegraSys, which includes the CUBE, CUBICS, Charlotte and Premier core product lines.
