ABN Amro renews Digital Insight agreement
Digital Insight Corp. (Nasdaq:DGIN), the leading online banking provider, and ABN AMRO Services Company, Inc., the servicing affiliate of LaSalle Bank N.A. and Standard Federal Bank N.A., each indirect subsidiaries of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., announced that the companies have renewed their agreement for 2005.

Under terms of the agreement, ABN AMRO will utilize Digital Insight Professional Services, while Digital Insight will dedicate development and delivery resources to ABN AMRO for the purpose of designing and deploying first-to-market online business banking solutions. ABN AMRO currently licenses the entire Digital Insight Corporate Banking suite.

CashPro Web, ABN AMRO's online treasury management platform, includes core components of Digital Insight's applications. Recent CashPro Web accolades include:
- Greenwich Associates recognized CashPro Web as one of the top two Internet applications for cash management services in its recent Web site Benchmarking study.
- In its 2004 Cash Management Monitor(TM), Phoenix-Hecht rated CashPro Web an "A" for middle-market business and an "A+" for large corporates.
