As of January 2nd 2005, a total of 140 Relationship Managers are using a selection of Odyssey's Relationship Manager and Portfolio Manager components as the backbone for their unique Front Office workstation.
The WUI has been customised to access the bank's Olympic back office system. This allows users to place online front-to-back orders, fiduciary and transfer trades. A variety of customised views allow for rich, flexible and user-friendly displays of client information.
The next phase of the project will include the implementation of the Relationship Manager features: online alerts and the multi-criteria query (MCQ), both of which are subsets of Odyssey’s Client and Portfolio Modelling component. Portions of Odyssey’s new Collaborative Advice & Contact Management and Client Data Management components will also be included in the next phase of SG’s project.
