SS&C Technologies (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced it has acquired Utah-based TimeShareWare, the leading provider of technology solutions for shared-ownership resorts including vacation membership associations, fractional membership properties, condo-hotels, vacation rentals, and timeshare resorts.
With over 500 successful product installations around the world, TimeShareWare clients include Marriott, Group RCI, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Daily Management, Club La Costa, Welk Resort Group, InnSeason Resorts, Sol Melia, and Raintree Resorts. TimeShareWare's flagship platform technology is based on a three-tier Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to manage all the aspects of the resort industry including marketing, contract management, owner/member services, reservation management, loan servicing, and property management.
