Seymour Investment Management is an employee-owned, client-focused investment boutique that provides fee-based discretionary investment management services to both individual and institutional clients. With the senior management team already familiar with SS&C, Seymour turned to Pacer to simplify and automate their trade order management, accounting, and performance measurement and reporting processes. SS&C's rapid implementation and industry expertise allowed Seymour to move from signing the contract to live on Pacer in 60 days.

"We had previous experience using Pacer and wanted to use it to manage Seymour's key operations in a single integrated platform," said Carl Hoyt, President, Seymour Investment Management Ltd. "We also knew that Pacer's software-as-a-service (SaaS) model was a good strategic fit for us, so there was no hardware to obtain, no up-front implementation fees or complex set-ups. Finally, Pacer's web-based dashboard provides an easy-to-use view into role-specific financial data which is always up-to-date."

"We are pleased that SS&C continues to be the 'go-to' accounting and reporting solution provider for asset managers like Seymour," said Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, SS&C Technologies, Inc. "Pacer continues to demonstrate its ability to meet a broad range of asset management functions that span operations of all sizes, while also offering the deployment flexibility for clients to select a tailored solution that meets their individual needs."
