Capital IQ launches intraday financial data

Capital IQ, a Standard & Poor's business and a leading provider of data and analytics for global financial professionals, announced the launch of a proprietary data collection technology that enables the intraday delivery of full financial statements, ratios, and trading multiples sourced from earnings releases. Minutes after announcement, Capital IQ clients can now view fully standardized and auditable financials of companies trading on North American exchanges, including ADRs.

The new proprietary collection method will provide access to comprehensive standardized financial statements faster than any other financial data provider while carrying an industry-leading level of transparency, integrity, and detail. All financials are fully standardized using Capital IQ's comprehensive collection taxonomy and methodology and are seamlessly integrated within the Capital IQ Platform.
