ADP Wilco, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) has extended its range of business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the international financial services community.

The BPO services form part of ADP Wilco's ongoing initiatives to deliver cost savings for its customer base. Customers are able to outsource elements of operational processes by using ADP Wilco's offshore services which include many of the day-to-day tasks typically performed by back office staff such as trade capture, end of day reconciliation, instrument pricing and securities and corporate actions reference data management. ADP Wilco's dedicated BPO teams can offer a 24-hour, seven-day service.

"We have been developing our BPO services for several years, in response to specific requirements for our customers and other business units within ADP Brokerage Services Group,” said Elizabeth Lake, CEO, ADP Wilco. "We are now very well positioned to offer this competency more widely to our customer base, and further extend our service range. We have the experience, track record and processes to manage the development of true business partnerships through the early stages of skills transfer and confidence building through to full operational rollout."

ADP Wilco has been providing IT outsourcing for international securities processing through its Gloss service bureau for five years. More recently it has made the Tarot retail and private client platform available on an ASP basis. Other ASP services include a multi-currency private banking platform and a service bureau for SWIFT messaging. "We see BPO as a value-added service that extends our range of outsourcing capabilities," said Elizabeth Lake.
