Fifth Third scores with four Texan banks

Fifth Third Processing Solutions is pleased to announce that the following four Texas-based financial institutions have signed contracts with the company for single-sourced comprehensive processing services that include: ATM and debit card transaction processing, ATM driving, card production and gateway services.

Founded in 1920, Granger National Bank is the oldest bank in Granger. The bank survived the stock market crash in 1929 and the ensuing depression of the early thirties. Today it is locally owned and operated and has more than $25 million in assets. They are a full service bank specializing in agricultural services and offering business and consumer loans as well.

AimBank, which was founded in 1925, has a proud history of providing hometown banking service combined with a superior line-up of products and delivery channels including debit cards, online bill payment, and Internet banking. Headquartered in Littlefield, the bank has more than $190 million in assets, with seven locations and five ATM's serving the South Plains and Permian Basin. The bank will celebrate 85 years of serving its customers later this month.

A long-term community institution, Spur Security Bank was founded in 1933 and is located in Spur serving all of Dickens County. With more than $35 million is assets, the bank offers personal and commercial banking services.

Chartered as First State Bank of Bedias in 1907, the bank recently celebrated 100 years of continuous operation and remains one of the few locally owned and managed financial institutions in the area. After more than a century the bank proudly bears its original name, and today and has more than $120 million is assets with two locations and two ATM's. "Our bank has a rich past with an exciting future," said Robert Upchurch, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We will continue to move forward with convenient leading edge technology, and we are thrilled to gain the expertise of the Fifth Third Processing Solutions team."
