"We are very pleased to be working with Knight to bring our trademark functionality and technological superiority to their syndicated loan trading operations," said Jeremy Hintze, COO of ClearStructure. "ClearStructure's extensive experience in the syndicated loan markets will help to power Knight's services in the evolving syndicated loan market."

Knight sought a single, complete solution that would bring advanced trade/settlement workflow and streamline operations, as well as a real-time P&L. By implementing Sentry LT, Knight gains a complete front-to-back office package allowing for enhanced and customizable workflow to meet the specific requirements of providing liquidity in the secondary syndicated loan markets. Functionality includes trade capture, real-time P&L and position reporting, trade workflow and trade risk analysis.

"Our commitment to our clients drives us to seek the best solutions available," said Al Lhota, Managing Director, Co-Head of Institutional Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Knight Capital Group. "In choosing ClearStructure, we've gained a partner with the flexibility and functionality to meet the idiosyncratic demands of the syndicated loan market."

Scott Turley, CEO of ClearStructure, said, "Leading participants in the syndicated loan markets recognize the need to increase efficiencies and optimize workflow while minimizing risk and are seeking solutions to help them achieve these goals. We are delighted to be supporting Knight."

Knight will deploy Sentry LT at their Greenwich, CT and London offices. Sentry LT was designed specifically for traders in the syndicated bank loan market and leverages the latest in web-based technology to deliver powerful functionality and efficiency to loan trading operations.
