Steria Germany to resell Edify CRM and voice interaction platforms

­Edify Corporation, a leading global supplier of voice and speech solutions, has appointed Steria Germany as an accredited reseller and solutions partner.

Steria is one of the top ten European IT services organisations, and the company will add Edify's e-Point CRM solution for the contact centre and its recently-launched Edify Voice Interaction Platform (EVIP) 9.0 to its portfolio of end-to-end IT services, which ranges from initial consulting and systems integration right through to managed services.

Steria's range of global solutions includes a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) offering, and Edify's proven technology will significantly strengthen its capability in the key contact centre and multi-channel areas. Steria supports its CRM solutions with a range of implementation expertise covering call centres, the management of multimedia distribution channels and sales resources, data warehouse support and decision-support systems. Adding the Edify Voice Interaction Platform and Edify e-Point will enable Steria to offer end-to-end contact centre solutions to organisations in its key financial services, telecoms, public sector and transport and utilities markets.
