Panini announced today that U.S. Bank, the nation's 5th largest bank, will offer the Panini I:Deal check scanner for Deposit Express, a Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) solution for small businesses.
The I:Deal, designed specifically for small business RDC, provides U.S. Bank small businesses an innovative check scanning solution featuring advanced check reading technologies to make deposits from the convenience of their office.
U.S. Bank was among the first financial institutions to offer RDC to business customers when they launched On-Site Electronic Deposit in 2004. As part of their small business banking services, U.S. Bank launched Deposit Express, a small business RDC product in November 2009. According to Stephanie Schmitt, Vice President, Treasury Management Product Management U.S. Bank, "We are pleased to extend our relationship with Panini to offer the Panini I:Deal as an integral component of our small business RDC solution."
Following the successful launch of Deposit Express, U.S. Bank is actively marketing its new RDC solution to small business customers. Panini is partnering with U.S. Bank on several promotions to assist with these efforts.
