CUBS Business Services was founded in 2004 to meet the expanding small business needs of credit union members, including the members of its owner credit unions - Access First Federal Credit Union, Allegis Credit Union, Citizens Credit Union, and Meijer Credit Union. Since then, the CUSO has amassed more than $2 million in business loans, according to Jim Martin, loan manager for the CUSO.

"We see the opportunity to provide credit union members with business services as one that will continue to grow in the next few years," Martin said. "The Rembrandt Lending solution has the ability to accommodate our loan portfolio as it expands because of its comprehensive suite of documents that can help us remain compliant in all 51 jurisdictions. The Rembrandt Lending solution is also very easy to use because it pre-selects the necessary documents for each transaction and offers a straightforward checklist at the end to help make certain the proper documentation was performed. We find using the Rembrandt Lending solution to document participations to be especially helpful."

Bankers Systems' Rembrandt Lending solution is based on the company's extensive compliance knowledge base, Expere(R), and industry best practices. Rembrandt Lending helps increase the efficiency and productivity of a credit union or its CUSO's business lending department by simplifying the documentation process for business loans.
