The card unites the images of Banco Santander and Ferrari, with red being the dominant colour. The design transmits the sensation of technology and high competitiveness, values both firms stand for. Santander´s Ferrari card incorporates cryptographic technology and operates through an EMV compliant microprocessor chip placed on the card to protect users from fraud.

The pattern of the card resembles carbon fibre, the same material used on the bodywork of F1 racing cars. This innovative effect is achieved by applying a special production technique developed by G&D called Full Face Reflective. Constant research work and the development of new production techniques have made it possible to give the card this unique design creating a powerful and dynamic impression.

Apart from this original design, the card has other elements that make it special, such as its red magnetic strip with the bank's contact details printed on it.
