The collaboration will provide DSTi and State Street customers with improved data architecture capabilities for dealing with increasingly complex data transactions. State Street will also utilise DSTi's HiDataWarehouse product to integrate information from an array of best-of-breed applications.
DSTi's HiDataWarehouse enables clients to combine data from multiple internal and external sources including custodians, third-party administrators, and data vendors, to form a single, consolidated hub of investment data across their organisations.
Peter Cherecwich, senior vice president and head of product and technology solutions at State Street said, "DSTi's warehouse technology provides a proven means to aggregate data to and from a variety of application sources in addition to HiInvest. Their open architecture allows us the flexibility needed to deploy those tools that best match our clients' requirements."
"This collaboration provides tremendous validation to the strategic decisions that we've made as an organisation," said Pamela Pecs Cytron, executive vice president, DST International. "Being provided with the opportunity to better service our combined client base is an opportunity that we welcome and will work hard to ensure is a successful endeavor."
