SSP, a leading global technology provider, has invested over £2.0 million developing a new web-based version of their leading financial services solution - Swift.
Swift is a fully hosted and managed solution, with front and back office capability, to assist advisers in building a successful, RDR compliant business. SSP's investment focused on three key elements Client Relationship Management, Compliance and Cash Management.
Swift has traditionally been targeted at large IFA firms as a full service solution, the latest offering brings that scale and product function to the whole market. With improved usability it offers a complete CRM and MI facility, detailed report writing and portfolio report, as well as remote advice capability via any internet enabled device, including smart phones.
Swift now has a number of unique tools developed with input from financial advisers and industry bodies. These include:
The Business Intelligence module - gives the deepest and most in depth dashboard capability of any IFA CRM solution on the market with full drill-down capability and unique:
• 'Target Tracking' - allows the business to monitor operational efficiency, improving adviser productivity through fee management with time tracking and auto invoicing
• 'What If' calculators allow the business to model future business strategies based on live data to build winning customer propositions, including the adviser charge, projected revenues and scenarios
The Financial Agenda tool - designed to drive down the cost of meetings by over 40%, it enables better lead qualification and more focused adviser meetings. Through a series of 15 questions it allows the adviser to establish areas of interest prior to a meeting and what / if any arrangement is already in place to meet those requirements.
Steve Pearson, SSP Swift managing director commented: "Despite the difficult economic background over the past two years we have taken the opportunity to invest in the future. This brand new web-based version of Swift gives today's adviser all the tools they need to increase productivoductivity and better sservice clients. In the past only the larger players have had access to this level of functionality, but now businesses of all sizes can benefit from Swift.
"We believe that Swift offers more functionality for the price than any other solution in the adviser space."
Commenting on the new version of Swift, Martin Quinn, group IT manager at Buckles Investment Services said: "Treating customers fairly has always been at the heart of what we do, with Swift in place we now have the technology to ensure this. Plus with the business intelligence module we can confidently value our business, which helps us take the right strategy decisions quickly."
