Vanguard to deploy StayinFront CRM software

StayinFront, a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools and eBusiness systems, today announced that Australia's leading provider of index funds, Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd, will implement its leading-edge CRM solution to help it increase efficiency and improve customer service.

Vanguard Australia will use the StayinFront Visual Elk CRM platform and StayinFront Panorama data analysis and decision support tool to integrate customer information from several databases into a single platform, enabling a more customer-centric approach to its business.

"We're experiencing significant growth in the number of financial advisors and individual investors seeking our services," said Vanguard's Information Technology Manager, Philip Roe. "StayinFront provides us with a feature-rich platform, which we can tailor to our needs, that will enable us to maintain the highest possible service levels despite the increased demand."
