ITRS Group plc, the multi-award winning provider of predictive, real-time, systems and proactive application management products to the world's financial community, is planning growth of circa 50% over the next twelve months, and has announced that, as part of this, it is moving to larger premises in Asia and New York.

Its City of London headquarters will also be substantially expanded.

To accommodate the higher staff levels the company is doubling its floor space by taking additional floors in the current City of London headquarters building. In New York, it is relocating to the prestigious landmark Chrysler Building, while the new office facility in Hong Kong provides for a similar level of growth.

Stephen Bates, ITRS Group CEO, commented, "Despite the downturn of the previous couple of years ITRS has consistently achieved substantial year-on-year growth, due to a great product that answers the market's requirement and a highly dedicated and professional team. This enables us to follow through our ambitious expansion plans."

In recent years ITRS has won awards for growth, exports and international client service and has steadily lifted its turnover and profitability by continually signing new clients, most of whom come via recommendation. These impressive levels of growth in challenging markets are being achieved by supplying highly specialised monitoring and management products which help financial institutions deal with increasingly complex systems and regulatory demands. As a result of this growth the company has and will continue to raise staffing levels throughout the organisation. The director-level appointees who joined the company last year are helping to develop the global reach of the business further, making 2009 a record year in terms of business, with a 65% escalation in turnover and a corresponding boost in profitability.

Stephen Bates adds, "To help handle this considerable growth in our business, not only did we take on an entire new tier of senior management last year but this year will concentrate our efforts on recruiting 40% more software developers, mostly in R&D, whose main focus will be to enhance ITRS Geneos even further. A corresponding augment in sales and support staff will be needed to ensure our clients continuee to receive the usual high levels of support."
