Brink's acquires cash logistics business in Russia

The Brink's Company (NYSE:BCO), announced that it has acquired a majority stake in a Russian cash processing business that complements the company's acquisition of a CIT (cash-in-transit) business in the first quarter of 2009. With principal operations in Moscow, Brink's now has approximately 500 employees in Russia and offers a full range of CIT, ATM, money processing and Global Services operations for domestic and international markets.
