BankAtlantic turned to Axis to further ensure the protection of sensitive information.

"BankAtlantic's security practices already meet all regulatory requirements with regard to sensitive information," says Brian Smith, Corporate Information Security Officer. "However, as the security of sensitive data evolves, proactively employing the right technologies to protect our customers is a strategic initiative in which the bank is continuously investing."

"We narrowed our search down to three providers, but the two factors that made DMsuiteTM the obvious choice for us were: 1) the intuitive data discovery tool, which only Axis had, and 2) the Axis staff," said Sean Milligan, Strategic IS Project Coordinator of BankAtlantic. "Analysis and discovery of our data was a task we thought would be the most challenging, but thanks to the Axis team and the unique capabilities of DMsuiteTM we had everything running smoothly in about four weeks."

"It is more crucial than ever for companies to increase their data security methods, particularly SMBs," said Mike Logan, President of Axis Technology. "By deploying DMsuiteTM, not only is BankAtlantic's data more protected they have gone above and beyond the requirements of what current security regulations call for, further increasing their commitment to protecting their customers."
