Operations in the Hyderabad site will be moved to the other locations by the end of June. By consolidating operations to Pune and Bangalore Tieto aims to optimize customer closeness and develop larger and more sustainable delivery sites in India.

Tieto develops Bangalore as the new telecom site as the city has become the hub for the telecom & media industry in India. Most of the people in the Hyderabad site will be offered jobs in Pune or Bangalore. Currently, Tieto employs altogether over 1 000 people in India.
