Tokyo exchanges create joint firm for emissions trading bourse

Tokyo Stock Exchange Group (TSE Group) and Tokyo Commodity Exchange (Tocom) announced today that they created a joint-company in order to prepare for the establishment of an emissions trading exchange based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed by both parties on October 29, 2009.
