SS&C prices IPO

SS&C Technologies Holdings (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced the initial public offering of 10,725,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share.

The shares will begin trading on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "SSNC." Of the 10,725,000 shares being offered to the public, 8,225,000 shares are being offered by SS&C and 2,500,000 are being offered by selling shareholders. SS&C has granted the underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 1,608,750 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Jefferies & Company, Inc., Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as co-managers of the offering.
