To help members manage their money with ease, American Airlines Federal Credit Union (AA Credit Union) is proud to announce their newly revamped AA Credit Union Web site.
This user-friendly experience has a variety of new features, including innovative tools and enhanced functionality to benefit all members.
"In the creation of our new Web site, we spent a lot of time listening to our member-owners and determining what they want from their site experience," said Lori Reeves, AA Credit Union Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. "We're very excited to introduce the kind of innovative features and functionality that we feel addresses those member needs."
"Working with our stakeholders and member-owners, we studied the behaviors of financial customers to better understand their wants and needs," said AA Credit Union eMarketing Manager/Webmaster Pedro Noda. "Through this analysis, new features were added to the site to deliver on our "Benefits Beyond Banking" promise. The result is easy-to-use and intuitive, the perfect way to financially empower users."
One tool, the Resource Center, is filled with financial-planning information, allowing members to manage their money all in one place. Member-owners can now choose from a wide variety of tools, including widgets and rate calculators, to help make the right choices based on their current situation.
Other new features include a text size controller, which allows members to increase and decrease the text size to suit their needs, as well as on-site search, which will give members the ability to quickly locate information.
The site still includes existing features such as Live Chat and the CUAcce$TM login that provides members with valuable financial information. It also includes the familiar ATM/Branch locator, with enhanced search results/features so members can locate a particular branch or ATM on a map which can then be downloaded to their Web-enabled mobile phone.
