As a result of the settlement, OneSource has acquired licenses for all past, present and future use of all NCR's item-processing diagnostic software and manuals, and has become a fully authorized Independent Service Organization (ISO) and an authorized Associate Reseller of NCR Equipment. With the resolution of disputes and settlement of the lawsuits filed by each company against the other, neither First Financial nor NCR admit or have admitted any liability on the respective claims asserted against them in the lawsuits.

"OneSource is pleased with the settlement that allows us to move forward as an authorized reseller of new NCR equipment and continues our ability to service NCR equipment. We are one of the few vendors that services item-processing equipment from the four major vendors in the United States market: IBM, NCR, Unisys and Banctec," stated Michael L. Hirschey, chief executive officer of OneSource Technologies. "We look forward to our future relationship with NCR and the building of a mutually beneficial business relationship."
