VSoft Corporation, a global information and technology provider of process improvement solutions for financial institutions, announced today that $1 billion Public Service Credit Union (PSCU) of Denver, Colorado, selected its suite of Straight Through Image Processing services.
The Colorado-based credit union elected to outsource its teller, ATM, merchant and member image capture services though VSoft's ASP platform, VSoft Managed Services (VMS).
Previously, PSCU was leveraging VSoft's teller capture solution through a third-party provider along with other imaging products from various vendors. By outsourcing image processing to VMS, the credit union can offer its members efficient check imaging services while shifting the burden of running the day-to-day operations to a trusted partner. VMS consolidates all image processing services under one platform, which will reduce costs and enable PSCU to move its services in house to accommodate future growth.
"We have worked with several image capture vendors over the years, and VSoft has proven to be a reliable, efficient and driven partner," said Jill Robinson, payment system director at PSCU. "It is our mission to always provide superior products and services to each and every member, and VSoft's suite of solutions will help us to reach members and speed their transactions at virtually every touch point, our branches and ATMs, as well as their businesses and homes."
"Public Service Credit Union is a wonderful example of how a credit union can leverage the full value of image processing," said Murthy Veeraghanta, chairman and managing director, VSoft Corporation. "Providing capture at all of its member's touch points displays an advanced, service-oriented impression to its members, while combining the services to a single platform increases efficiencies for the credit union. VSoft has worked with credit unions for more than 10 years, and we look forward to continuing to grow with PSCU far into the future."
