Spring Programs Limited, the only company to specialise in UK Regulatory Reporting, today announced that Chang Hwa Bank, the Taiwanese commercial bank, has chosen SPRiNG software for its Bank of England (BoE) and FSA reporting.

The Spring Programs consultants have completed the project to import data from the bank's internal accounting systems to populate its BoE Forms and FSA Data Items.

Chang Hwa Bank (CHB) has been in existence for more than a century and provides both business and consumer banking worldwide. Mrs Cherry Tsou, Compliance Manager commented, "Spring Programs offers us a total UK Regulatory Reporting solution and has helped us to make the transition from our previous software providers uncomplicated, efficient and without disruption to our reporting schedule. The ongoing maintenance and support package will include supplying us with all the Forms and Data Items we may need to report in the future as our requirements may increase."

As well as setting up import links to match CHB's current reporting requirements, the SPRiNG consultancy project forms the basis of the bank's forthcoming liquidity requirements. Spring Programs is committed to continue to offer unparalleled levels of support. The new FSA Liquidity Data Items are being added to the software at no additional cost to customers.

Spring Programs' Managing Director, Jenkyn Kennedy, said, "We are very pleased to welcome Chang Hwa Commercial Bank as a new customer to SPRiNG. We can provide the necessary UK regulatory reporting expertise to ensure that our customers know they are reporting correctly. They can then get on with the business of serving their customers."
