Under the agreement, clients of TORA Compass can keep their orders in synch with the Eze OMS, while benefitting from real-time profit and loss and risk management in both systems. In addition, Eze OMS clients will gain access to new, expanded Asia-specific trading features and broker connectivity through TORA Compass.

"We are delighted to be working with ConvergEx to bring this new level of interoperability to our mutual clients", said Oren Blonstein, Director of Global Professional Services at Tora. "The integration of TORA Compass with Eze OMS will also enable a broader range of buy-side firms to realize the benefits provided by Tora's expansive offering of execution products."

"Tora represents a natural selection for us as we continually work to provide a superior trading experience for our large and growing Eze OMS client base," said Joe Doherty, managing director of ConvergEx's Eze Castle Software division. "The broad reach of TORA Compass and deep access to liquidity across the key Asian markets provides more options for clients to achieve superior execution."

The Eze OMS leverages a real-time open architecture to streamline the investment cycle for all asset classes - from idea generation through settlement. TORA Compass provides a full suite of trade execution capabilities utilizing direct market access, worked or algorithmic trading, across all exchanges and dozens of OTC venues in Asia.
