CJC, the independent market data consultancy, today announced its market data support and remote management contract with Jupiter Asset Management Ltd.

CJC will provide support for Jupiter Asset Management's Market Data System (RMDS), used by the firm in its trading and investment operations. Jupiter Asset Management is one of the UK's leading fund management groups, managing investments for both private and institutional investors.

Jupiter selected CJC to offer reactive support services and management of its RMDS platform, as well as upgrades and capacity optimisation. CJC will initially offer Jupiter a free health check - a service that will assess the status of Jupiter's current market data system and offer suggestions for its fine-tuning.

David Ingles, IT Director at Jupiter commented: "We wanted to cost-efficiently and effortlessly manage our market data infrastructure. We selected CJC consultants after they demonstrated unmatched levels of technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of how market data systems function."

Paul Gow, CEO at CJC, said: "We are pleased to offer this support service to Jupiter. Our remote management services will reinforce Jupiter's current support model and we will remove the pain of supporting a complex infrastructure, allowing Jupiter to focus on its trading strategies and deliver a better service to its clients."
