Members of USA Fed can now use their mobile devices to access their accounts, pay bills and receive personalized text alerts, thereby gaining greater control over their accounts and overall finances.

As one of the nation's more innovative credit unions, USA Fed chose ClairMail as its mobile banking partner for three key reasons: ClairMail's best-of-breed mobile banking platform, deep industry expertise and credit union experience. According to Carolyn James, Chief Information Officer at USA Fed, the credit union is always seeking to provide the most current and innovative banking options to its members.

"Our mobile banking is an invaluable resource for USA Fed members," said James. "We recognize that our members are constantly on the go and this service allows them the ease and flexibility to handle their credit union needs whether they're in San Diego or half-way around the world. They can literally carry us in their pocket. We chose to work with ClairMail because we needed a partner that could provide everything we need today with the ability to guide and support us as our mobile strategy and rollout matures."

"USA Fed has a history of meeting their members' needs whenever, wherever and however necessary. Their commitment to an extensible mobile banking rollout demonstrates their forward-looking commitment to growing along with member's evolving mobile habits," said Pete Daffern, CEO of ClairMail. "With this announcement, ClairMail further extends its mobile banking leadership with the nation's top credit unions."
