Feitian Technologies joins GlobalPlatform

GlobalPlatform's membership continues to grow as Feitian Technologies, a leading provider of smart card and chip operating system-based security technologies and applications, becomes the latest organization to join the international specification body for smart card infrastructure.

As an Observer Member of GlobalPlatform, Feitian Technologies is entitled to stay informed of developments within the organization through participation in the Advisory Council, a forum which meets at least twice each year to discuss priority issues. Additionally, the company will contribute to the GlobalPlatform Mobile Task Force, which was created to expand the scope and reach of GlobalPlatform technology within the mobile telecoms industry.
