Stanley Young, CEO, NYSE Technologies, Tom Kloet, CEO, TMX Group, and Eric Sinclair, Senior Vice President, TMX Datalinx, will open trading today on Toronto Stock Exchange in celebration of their data technology and distribution agreement.

"Our arrangement with NYSE Technologies enhances our ability to deliver innovative and world class data consolidation and connectivity solutions for the Canadian capital markets," said Mr. Kloet.

Highlights of the NYSE Technologies and TMX Datalinx arrangement include:

1. Extending the global availability of TMX Datalinx Canadian market data through connectivity to NYSE's Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure® (SFTI®) locations across the United States and Europe;
2. Providing TMX Datalinx clients with enhanced international market data, including the U.S. consolidated tapes and global exchange feeds; and
3. Utilizing NYSE Technologies' low-latency data consolidation platform to power the CSA- designated TMX Information Processor, which provides a central source of consolidated Canadian equity market data.

Underpinning access to NYSE Technologies' SFTI network is TMXnetTM, which is TMX Datalinx's high performance, low-latency, resilient data network.

"NYSE Technologies is truly excited to be working with the TMX Group to enhance the accessibility and distribution of TMX Datalinx market data delivered over our SFTI network," said Stanley Young, CEO, NYSE Technologies.
