TMX Datalinx and Nyse Technologies ink market data deal
Stanley Young, CEO, NYSE Technologies, Tom Kloet, CEO, TMX Group, and Eric Sinclair, Senior Vice President, TMX Datalinx, will open trading today on Toronto Stock Exchange in celebration of their data technology and distribution agreement.

Highlights of the NYSE Technologies and TMX Datalinx arrangement include:
1. Extending the global availability of TMX Datalinx Canadian market data through connectivity to NYSE's Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure® (SFTI®) locations across the United States and Europe;
2. Providing TMX Datalinx clients with enhanced international market data, including the U.S. consolidated tapes and global exchange feeds; and
3. Utilizing NYSE Technologies' low-latency data consolidation platform to power the CSA- designated TMX Information Processor, which provides a central source of consolidated Canadian equity market data.
Underpinning access to NYSE Technologies' SFTI network is TMXnetTM, which is TMX Datalinx's high performance, low-latency, resilient data network.
