ERI is pleased to announce that ABN Amro's Private Clients operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates has recently "gone live" on the Olympic Banking System to support the core business activities of its operations.
ABN AMRO provides an extensive range of products and services through its operation in Dubai to meet the needs to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth customers in the region, and will use the OLYMPIC Banking System to provide the core support and transaction processing for these services.
The OLYMPIC Banking System will be used as the principal application to support the various activities for Private Clients, including:
• Payments and Transfers
• Foreign Exchange
• Securities transactions and custody
• Credit
• Accounting
• Management Information
ABN Amro already uses the OLYMPIC Banking System to support Private Banking operations internationally, and this additional implementation will allow the bank to take full advantage of the value to be realised by running a number of Private Banking units, in different countries and regulatory regimes, on the same set of applications using a common data and operations centre.
