BISYS, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, has been selected to provide enterprise-wide information processing services and technology to Illinois-based Allied First Bank. The state-chartered stock savings bank, which has approximately $129 million in assets, provides nationwide banking services using its state-of-the-art call center and online and telephone banking solutions.

Following an extensive evaluation of alternative outsourcing providers and their processing platforms, Allied First selected BISYS based on its superior technology, relational core processing platform, open database structure, advanced data warehousing capabilities, extensive product offering, and commitment to client service.

According to Kenneth Bertrand, president and CEO of Allied First, "As one of the industry’s early adopters of online banking services, it is important that we remain on the leading-edge of technology and consistently offer contemporary products and services. Since our customers are not located in one geographic area, sophisticated and advancing online services also are critical to customer satisfaction and essential to our bank’s growth. After reviewing multiple vendors and searching for an outsourcing provider that has the advanced technology to support our service and growth goals, we determined that BISYS is the business partner that clearly understands our specific needs and has the banking and business solutions that support those needs. We expect that BISYS’ comprehensive outsourcing solution will enable us to more efficiently access mission-critical data, and to more effectively leverage and expand our customer relationships by conducting direct marketing campaigns and by systematically managing sales leads and service requests."

Bill Neville, president of BISYS Information Services, said, "Allied First fully recognizes the value of our advanced technology, our relational core processing platform, our extensive suite of integrated ancillary products and services, and our fundamental commitment to client service and support. We expect that our technology-centered solutions will enable Allied First to enhance its customer service capabilities and to generate higher levels of operational efficiency. We welcome the opportunity to support this forward-thinking bank’s growth goals and advancing market position."
