CPI Card Group (CPI), a global leader in financial and commercial card production and services, today announced that it has joined The Multos Consortium, a group of international blue chip organisations responsible for the ongoing development of the Multos platform.
CPI becomes the latest major card manufacturer and services provider to join the 20 strong membership group.
CPI is a provider of end-to-end solutions from manufacturing to data preparation, personalization and fulfilment of cards at their Toronto location. CPI serves the financial services, government, and commercial markets, including the gift, loyalty and membership; telecommunications; insurance and entertainment market segments of the commercial market.
Joining as a Partner member, CPI will participate in the MULTOS Business and Technical Advisory Group meetings and will contribute towards the future direction of the MULTOS technology.

CPI is currently supporting several mass EMV migration projects on MULTOS with major banks in Canada and other countries.
