IBC to implement Corillian Consumer and Corporate Banking

Corillian Corp. (NASDAQ:CORI), the top provider of online banking solutions to leading financial institutions, today announced that International Bancshares Corporation (IBC), a $9.4 billion multi-bank financial holding company headquartered in Laredo, Texas, has selected Corillian as its partner for IBC's next-generation consumer and corporate cash management online services.

IBC will leverage Corillian Consumer Banking and Corillian Corporate Banking, built on the industry-leading Corillian Voyager platform, to provide its customers enhanced real-time access to all of their consumer, business and commercial accounts. Corillian Consumer Banking and Corillian Corporate Banking integrate hundreds of best practices observed from some of the most innovative financial institutions in the world, as well as best practices in usability and functionality established by industry experts. With this solution, IBC will be able to immediately deploy industry-leading online banking services to its customers, while maintaining the ability to tailor the solution through flexible configuration. This enables IBC to maximize its online banking effectiveness and further differentiate itself to meet the growing needs of its unique customer base.

With Corillian Consumer Banking, IBC's consumer customers will experience a new, easy-to-use interface for managing all of their finances, including viewing accounts, transferring funds, paying bills and integration with personal financial management software like Intuit's Quicken®, QuickBooks® and Microsoft Money®. Corillian Corporate Banking will provide IBC's business and corporate customers with access to enhanced online banking and cash management services, including ACH and wire transfers, positive pay, lockbox, controlled disbursement, information reporting, as well as tiered access rights management.
