Advent links portfolio management systems to Thomson Reuters DataScope Select

Advent Software (NASDAQ:ADVS) a leading provider of software and services for the global investment management industry, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Thomson Reuters to link Geneva and Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), its award-winning portfolio management solutions, with Thomson Reuters' global pricing and security reference data service, DataScope Select.

DataScope Select provides global pricing and security reference data including corporate actions for portfolio management, administration and valuation. The service covers the spectrum of data from the global exchanges, as well as foreign exchange, fixed income and derivative pricing. Together with Thomson Reuters, Advent will develop an interface that will offer Geneva® and APX clients' access to DataScope Select.
