Morgan Stanley becomes ELX Futures founding partner

ELX Futures (ELX Futures), a new fully regulated electronic futures exchange, and Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), a leading global financial services firm, today announced that Morgan Stanley will join ELX Futures as a founding partner.

Morgan Stanley joins 12 other leading, global financial institutions as a founding partner in ELX Futures.

ELX Futures launched trading in U.S. Treasury futures products on July 10th after receiving regulatory approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to become a Designated Contract Market, with OCC as its clearinghouse.
