INDATA, the industry-leader in advanced enterprise software solutions for investment management firms, today announced that Inverness Counsel, based in New York, NY is now live with the INDATA I.M.S. system for portfolio accounting, performance reporting, composite maintenance, pre and post-trade compliance, trade order management and CRM.

"We selected INDATA because the product is a fully integrated platform that uses the latest technology to address requirements across our entire firm via a centralized database model," commented Robert Deans, executive vice president, Inverness Counsel. "The open architecture of I.M.S. allows Inverness to access and to control our critical data in an efficient and cost-effective manner. One important feature that distinguishes the INDATA solution from most others we considered," continued Mr. Deans, "is the ability to integrate comprehensive CRM functionality. In 2005, we will convert to the INDATA solution for comprehensive FIX capabilities for our trade order management activity. We expect the flexibility and scalability of the INDATA solution to be a key component in addressing issues as Inverness Counsel increases assets under management in the future. "

"INDATA has worked very hard to provide what we feel is the most comprehensive product offering within the industry today," commented David Csiki, managing director of INDATA. "Forward looking firms like Inverness Counsel recognize the importance of having a complete solution that provides open architecture capabilities. We welcome Inverness Counsel to our fast growing list of clients," he added.
