CQG and Triland USA, the U.S. futures clearing division of Mitsubishi Corporation, announced today that they have entered into a global software licensing agreement by which Triland USA Inc. will make CQG's trading software available to its clients.

CQG Trader and CQG Integrated Client platforms provide clients who clear through Triland USA Inc. the opportunity to route orders to CME Globex, ICE US, ICE UK, and ECX. For buy-side firms and other high-volume clients, this agreement allows Triland USA Inc. to meet their demand for professional software. Clients clearing through Triland USA Inc. may request access to CQG's decision-making tools, consolidated market data, and advanced electronic-trading interfaces.

"We are pleased to expand our worldwide FCM coverage in order to meet demand for our platforms," said Mike Glista, Director of Order Routing at CQG. "Triland USA Inc. clients will benefit from CQG's seamless integration of trade routing and analytics as well as from CQG's network of low-latency Hosted Exchange Gateways."

Angelo Gibaldi, EVP of Triland USA Inc. said, "In these cautious times, while Triland USA Inc.'s primary pursuit is to provide clients with the utmost confidence and security in our global clearing services because we hold assets, we also feel it never more necessary than to partner with market-established technology providers who can offer controls that may help maximize potential profit opportunities as well."
