As a Managed Services Provider (MSP) connecting via NYSE Technologies' Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure (SFTI) network, 7ticks will offer clients direct connectivity to NYSE Liffe, as well as other London based exchanges. With the goal of getting trading times down to the lowest common denominator, 7ticks has microsecond level insight into network architecture and latency, with a suite of advanced monitoring tools to help institutions, latency sensitive hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms make quicker and clearer decisions, with lower costs.

"By adding London as a direct route on the 7ticks network, our algorithmic trading clients in New York, London, and Frankfurt financial centers now have access to NYSE Liffe. This is a huge opportunity for latency-sensitive quantitative applications to compete in the world markets," offers Joe Bigane, Managing Director of 7ticks.

Garry Jones, Group Executive Vice-President and Head of Global Derivatives, at NYSE Liffe said: "We are very pleased 7ticks will offer a direct link to the NYSE Liffe markets. 7ticks's decision will provide its customers with access to the wide range of liquid derivatives products offered by NYSE Liffe in a way that meets their two key demands today - speed of access and cost-efficiency."
