IBT reports Elgin State Bank implementation

Integrated Bank Technology (IBT), a company that specializes in engineering software applications for in-house and ASP environments, and provides 24/7 support services to community financial institutions across the country, announced that it has completed a technology interface for Elgin, Ill.-based Elgin State Bank.

The interface enables the bank to implement new online banking technology while continuing to reap the benefits of IBT's flagship product, Integrated Bank Environment (IBE).

"We have developed a very successful partnership with IBT," Gina Higgins, vice president at Elgin State Bank, explained, "so when we needed a find a company to handle the integration, conversion and processing for the new online banking platform, we immediately reached out to them. IBT was ready, willing and able to integrate our new software with its IBE platform, which was of tremendous help to us and in the end - our customers. Additionally, they provide support for the system so whenever we need to troubleshoot [anything], IBT is there to work with us to resolves any issues."
