Tieto implements cash-in functionality for DnB NORD Banka in Latvia.
Cash-in functionality broadens self service possibilities for bank's customers by enabling cash instalments to their accounts within the bank through ATMs.
Cardholders benefit from possibilities for 24/7 self-service and ability to deposit their account or pay credit payments without visiting a bank's office. For the bank increased customer self-service means reduced processing costs as well as less queues in branch offices.
