Today, LendingTree announces the launch of new, simplified filter technology available only to LendingTree Network lenders.
Filtering technology at LendingTree gives lenders a customer targeting capability at their finger tips. The technology, now easier than ever, simplifies the filter set up and management process providing lenders a more streamlined approach to targeting the exact customer segments that meet specific underwriting criteria and investor requirements.
Bob Harris, President LendingTree Exchange, explains, "Our new targeting capability and filter offering is built in alignment with mortgage industry product guidelines. Within minutes, a lender can set up their filters and begin serving potential customers that fall within FHA, conforming prime segments, as well as nine additional product groups that the system has available."
LendingTree's proprietary filtering technology was first introduced in 1998 and since that time, has helped more than 25 million borrowers work with lenders closing more than $185 billion in loans. Lenders who belong to the LendingTree Network work with highly-qualified customers looking for mortgages and refinance loans, home equity loans/lines of credit, auto loans, and personal loans.
