Welcium Hypotheekdiensten is a servicing organisation for Mortgages Mid and Back office activities. Welcium provides for full processing and servicing of mortgages processes, from application, acceptance, underwriting to servicing of mortgages. With over 200 implementations in over 50 countries, Evolan Lending is the European market leader in retail lending software solutions.

With Evolan ComponentBanker, Welcium received an innovative and flexible Back Office system. Essential in the choice to select Evolan ComponentBanker is that this solution has proven to provide for one of the highest productivity ratio's in the industry. The solution seamlessly support's Welcium's business model as it's been developed from a distribution perspective rather than purely a bank administration approach. Welcium thinks as the intermediary and the consumer, but considers wholesale organisations, franchise chains, large intermediary organisations and funders their customers.
