IBT recently completed an acquisition of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:GFSI) core processing and WinTELLER lines of business. IBT's now has presence in three offices located throughout the country- in Cedar Park, Chicago and Denver.

The new location was specially designed by IBT to improve efficiency and disaster recovery services to its new customers, incorporating the IBT real-time replication recovery model to its new core and item processing customers. It features state-of the-art server technology with back-up generators to provide customers with minimal disruptions of service, even during power outages. Operational functionality will also be available to take advantage of regional beneficial alternatives for processing. Additionally, the office provides IBT with the room for further expansion in the future.

"This expansion is part of our ongoing efforts to provide cost effective services to our clients by taking advantage of a regional presence to better serve our customers and meet the growing challenges they face in these difficult economic times," Mike Golebiowski, president at IBT, said. "We worked closely with the City of Cedar Park to select this location and we look forward to continuing to have a successful relationship with the community."
