Carreker Corporation reports third quarter fiscal 2003 results

Carreker Corporation (Nasdaq:CANI), a leading provider of payments technology and consulting solutions for the financial services industry, today reports revenues of $31.4 million for the third quarter ended October 31, 2003, compared with $36.2 million in the second quarter fiscal 2003 and $34.2 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2002.

The Company reports net income of $1.3 million, or $0.06 per share (basic) and $0.05 per share (diluted), for the third quarter of fiscal 2003, which compares with net income of $3.9 million, or $0.17 per share (basic and diluted), for the second quarter of fiscal 2003, and net income of $1.0 million or $0.04 per share (basic and diluted) in the third quarter of fiscal 2002.
