Alliance Trust Asset Management Ltd is the latest provider to join the EMX Message System on the 19 th January, with the launch of their two new core equity funds; the Alliance Trust UK Equity Income Fund and the Alliance Trust North American Equity Fund.
Alliance Trust PLC has a history stretching back to 1888 and its financial services subsidiary, Alliance Trust Savings, is already a consolidator client on the EMX Message System.
Edward Troughton, Managing Director, Distribution for Alliance Trust Asset Management said: 'Joining the EMX Message System as a provider has given us the chance to widen the distribution of our new funds, whilst maintaining the efficiency and accuracy that is so important for our clients. The EMX Message System is the de facto standard for funds messaging. EMXCo have had a fantastic start to the new year with record order volumes as well as three providers and three distributors joining the system in January 2009.
