Calyx Software, the mortgage industry's leading provider of loan marketing, originating and processing software, announced that Point 6.2b is now downloadable for Point customers.
Point 6.2b addresses the first mandatory compliance update for the new RESPA Rules that include a HUD modified Regulation X and updated Servicing Disclosure Statement, required to be used beginning January 16, 2009. The new download requires 6.2 or 6.2a be installed on a Point user's computer and allows users to remain in compliance while upgrading to the latest version of Point and its capabilities.
