New Rathbones service gives IFAs online access to client portfolio valuations

Rathbone Investment Management (Rathbones), one of the UK's largest and longest-established providers of discretionary investment management services, has gone live with an online portfolio valuation service for independent financial advisors (IFAs) and their clients based on the Equipos Coric Web Reporter online reporting solution.

This new service provides access for IFAs and other advisers to their clients' portfolio valuations.

The Coric Web Reporter solution from Equipos offers 'wrap-type' functionality by grouping all of an IFAs clients - giving ease of access to valuations in one place and displaying the valuations on a consolidated basis, or by a client's individual account.

"Rathbones' focus on client servicing is renowned," said Equipos CEO, Alan Hamilton. "We worked closely with the Rathbones client-facing team to tailor Web Reporter to provide an easy to use service with impeccable security credentials. Emily Morris, marketing director at Rathbones, said the service has been piloted extensively, working closely with advisers to ensure the core functionality they wanted was included. "We will also continue to invest in the platform as we get feedback from advisers, developing further functionality to help them monitor their clients' investments and manage their client relationships," said Morris.
